Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Treeva Woonsocket Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services Provided

Treeva Woonsocket Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety practices.

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes that affect your scheduled services.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if conditions differ from what was initially assessed. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins, and any significant changes will be discussed with you in advance.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to remove or protect any items that could be damaged during service. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features that are not clearly marked or disclosed to us prior to beginning work.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities for tree work on your property. We can provide guidance on permit requirements, but ultimate responsibility for compliance with local regulations rests with the property owner.

Liability and Insurance

Treeva Woonsocket Tree Service carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for damage to property or injury to persons resulting from conditions that were not disclosed to us, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages arising from our services. Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of service completion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. You may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances that would prevent safe or effective service delivery.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can address your concerns. We do not guarantee the survival or health of trees following pruning or other treatments, as tree health depends on many factors beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, and ongoing care.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
